Heart Healthy Overnight Oats

1 to 2 cups of Modern Oats Organic Strawberry Banana Pom
2 1/2 cups of skim milk
1 Tbsp of honey
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 bananas
1/4 cup of chopped unsalted pecans or walnuts
In a large, resealable container or bowl, add milk, honey, and extract. Stir to combine while adding oats. Seal or cover, then place in the refrigerator and let sit overnight. The next day, peel each banana, then halve each one lengthwise and slice. Divide sliced bananas and nuts over each oatmeal portion and serve.
