New Start Breakfast Bowl

1 cup of Modern Oats Just Oats blend
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup almond milk
1 soft or hard boiled egg
1/2 avocado
1 or 2 radishes
Handful of cress
Salt and pepper.
Cook egg to your liking. Add oats, water, and milk to a bowl and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. While the oats are cooking, peel the egg and cut in half. Cut the avocado in half, scoop the flesh out, cut into slices or mash. Cut the radishes into slices. Stir the oatmeal, add the egg, avocado, radishes, and cress on top of the oats and season with salt and pepper.
