This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Innovative Beverage Concepts, Inc. (parent company of MODERN OATS) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the various Innovative Beverage Concepts, Inc. websites, including www.ibevconcepts.com, mocafeusa.com and modernoats.com (each, a "Site" and together the “Sites”). This privacy policy applies to the Sites and all products and services offered by Innovative Beverage Concepts, Inc.

The Sites and Services are intended for users who are 18 years old or older.  We do not knowingly collect personal identification information from children under the age of 18.  If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal identification information from a child under the age of 18, we will delete such information from our records.  California users under the age of 18 may request the removal of their content or information publicly posted on the Sites or Services by e-mailing us at customerservice@ibevconcepts.com.  Please note that most of the user content that appears on our Sites or Services is stored and controlled by third party providers; thus, complete and comprehensive removal of the content may not be possible.

 

Online Tracking
