What is your shipping policy?

All wholesale orders are shipped via UPS Ground, except for larger orders requiring a pallet.

Our policy on residential addresses?

Small orders shipped via UPS Ground are OK.  Larger orders that require LTL shipping will have additional charges when we ship to a residential address.

How quickly can I receive my order?

Orders are typically shipped within 48 business hours of being placed. UPS Ground usually delivers within 2-5 business days depending on where in the US you are located.

Is free shipping available?

Yes. All orders of $279 or more automatically qualify for free shipping.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or Puerto Rico?

Wholesale orders can only be shipped within the continental United States. If you need help ordering from another territory, please contact our customer support team by emailing support@ibevconcepts.com or calling 888-662-2334. They'll be able to assist you in locating a distributor near you.

Do you ship outside of the US?

We ask that customers outside of the US bring in our products from their local distributor. If you need any assistance ordering outside of the continental US, please email internationalinquiries@ibevconcepts.com.
